Circle of Hope

This special national recognition program has been established to publicly recognize and honour those who have made a provision for a future gift to any level of the Alzheimer Society through a bequest, life insurance, appreciated property, annuity or trust arrangement.

There are no dues or other obligations, but as members, you will receive a certificate of membership and, with your written permission, your name will be listed along with other members below, and in the Alzheimer Society Of Saskatchewan Annual Report and other publications as well as the Alzheimer Society of Canada Annual Report and other Alzheimer Society of Canada publications. Only your name and city (if you like) will be made public.
