Introduction

Individuals like you are our main source of funding for programs and services to the 18,000 people in Saskatchewan who have Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder, their families and caregivers. Your support also helps us contribute to research to find a cause, a cure and better treatments for Alzheimer's disease. By supporting our special events, making donations and creating provisions in your estate plan, you can ensure that the important work we do is carried on.

If you ever want to know more about where your donation dollars go, please contact fund@alzheimer.sk.ca to obtain a copy of our most recent Annual Report and Audited Financial Statement. We are committed to full financial disclosure.

You can also obtain our most recent Annual Report by clicking here

There are a number of ways you can make a gift to the Society:

1. Make a donation today

Alzheimer's disease touches 25% of all families and 52% of people know someone who has Alzheimer's disease. Your contribution to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan is an investment in your community. Support our work with a gift of cash, stock or real estate. You can make a secure donation to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan on-line by clicking the Donate Now button below.

3. Become a monthly donor

You can support the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan by enrolling in our monthly giving program - Forget-Me-Not Partners.

As a Forget-Me-Not Partner, you can join the fight against Alzheimer’s disease by ensuring continued support to programs and services for people who are affected by the disease and those who care for them and support for research to find better treatments and a cure. Monthly giving through the Forget-Me-Not Partner program is easy, convenient and secure and will ensure we can continue providing help and hope to the 18,000 people in Saskatchewan who have Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia.

You can download a Forget-me-Not Partners enrollment form by clicking here

4. Give through your workplace

Many organizations support their employees' generosity by matching gifts of time and money. Ask your employer for more information on the matched gift programs. For example, the Royal Bank of Canada matches not only gifts of money but gifts of a volunteer's time.

5. Make a gift in lieu of personal presents or to celebrate a special occasion

Many people prefer donations to a worthwhile cause, like the Alzheimer Society, in lieu of birthday, anniversary or wedding presents. The Alzheimer Society Of Saskatchewan will send the honoree a letter notifying them of your gift.

If you are getting married, celebrating a special anniversary, or celebrating another important milestone you may wish to make a donation in lieu of party favours or just to commemorate the event. The Alzheimer Society can provide personalize place cards advising your guests of your gift. To find out more call Kristina Gebhard at 1-800-263-3367 or e-mail fund@alzheimer.sk.ca

Tribute gifts may be made on-line by clicking the Donate Now button below. You can also create your own personal giving page on canadahelps.org. Find out how by clicking here
